We come to your home in the spring and do a complete system check and report any issues
or deficiency that need to be addressed
We come out at your convenience and address a predetermined issue with the system and
recommend any other repairs or upgrades, if need be
We come to your home and upgrade your old controller with a smart Hunter Hydrawise controller which we recommend is used in conjunction with a flow sensor. For true remote irrigation, water monitoring and management perfect for the customers who’re on the move constantly.
We will set up a trial low voltage system if unsure about the effect it can have on a beautiful yard. These lights do not add much to your power bill and will make any yard go from average to breathtaking. Installation is quick and unlike solar landscape lights, are way more weather-resistant and last years longer.
We send out emails to our clients asking for them to contact us and book the winterization
We then blow-out your system and record any damage found that needs to be addressed in
the spring. We then tag your hose bib for proof of service.
The Backflow or Cross-Connection Control Program is a City enforced bylaw that requires businesses and homeowners to have their water sources tested annually to avoid potential contamination of the City’s drinking water (BYLAW # 40M2006).In residential homes the most common cross-connections are irrigation systems, solar heating systems, water recirculating, home water softener systems or hot tubs. This device, although it was not previously required, is now mandated as of 2015 when installing a service to your main water line. As this device is registered to the City with a serial number and your address, you will receive a reminder notice annually to have this testing service completed.
Book a hassle free appointment with registered testers with up to date tickets/equipment as per city Spec. We will also submit documents with the city for you and provide you with copies.
